目的：探讨布地奈德联合止喘灵口服液辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法：2013年11月-2014年3月收治毛细支气管炎患儿120例，随机分为对照组、试验A组、试验B组，3组均给予吸氧、止咳、镇静等常规的呼吸道综合治疗措施，给予利巴韦林(10～15)mg/(kg·d)静脉滴注；A 组在对照组治疗基础上给予布地奈德氧驱动雾化吸入；B 组在 A 组的治疗基础上，给予止喘灵口服液，治疗后观察3组的疗效及不良反应。结果：试验组 B 在气促缓解、哮鸣音消失、湿啰音消失、咳嗽消失及住院时间均短于试验组A，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，试验组治疗后治愈率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：氧驱动雾化吸入布地奈德联合止喘灵口服液辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可显著改善患儿的临床症状、体征，缩短病情恢复和住院时间。

목적：탐토포지내덕연합지천령구복액보조치료소인모세지기관염적료효。방법：2013년11월-2014년3월수치모세지기관염환인120례，수궤분위대조조、시험A조、시험B조，3조균급여흡양、지해、진정등상규적호흡도종합치료조시，급여리파위림(10～15)mg/(kg·d)정맥적주；A 조재대조조치료기출상급여포지내덕양구동무화흡입；B 조재 A 조적치료기출상，급여지천령구복액，치료후관찰3조적료효급불량반응。결과：시험조 B 재기촉완해、효명음소실、습라음소실、해수소실급주원시간균단우시험조A，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，시험조치료후치유솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：양구동무화흡입포지내덕연합지천령구복액보조치료소인모세지기관염가현저개선환인적림상증상、체정，축단병정회복화주원시간。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of budesonide combined Zhi Chuan Ling oral liquid in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis Methods:120 children with bronchiolitis were selected from November 2013 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group,A group,B group.The 3 groups were given the oxygen inhalation,cough,sedative and other routine respiratory comprehensive treatment.They were given leigh bhave Lin(10~15)mg/(kg·d) intravenous infusion.The A group were given budesonide inhalation of oxygen driven based on the control group treatment.The B group were given Zhi Chuan Ling oral liquid on the basis of A group treatment.We observed the curative effect and adverse reaction of 3 groups after the treatment. Results:The shortness of breath and ease,wheeze disappeared,moist rale,cough disappeared and hospitalization time of the A group were shorter than those of the B group,and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen drive atomization inhalation of budesonide combined Zhi Chuan Ling oral liquid in adjuvant treatment of infantile bronchiolitis can improve the clinical symptoms and signs significantly,and shorten the recovery of illness and hospitalization time.
