目的：探讨泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗膀胱瘀阻型前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法：2012年10月-2014年10月收治膀胱瘀阻型良性前列腺增生患者80例，均给予泽桂癃爽胶囊口服，2粒/次，3次/d，30 d 1个疗程，连续治疗3个月，对比分析治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS评分)、残余尿量及最大尿流率、前列腺大小等情况。结果：治疗后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS 评分)、残余尿量、最大尿流率改善情况及前列腺大小明显优于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗膀胱瘀阻型前列腺增生的临床疗效显著，值得临床借鉴。

목적：탐토택계륭상효낭치료방광어조형전렬선증생적림상료효。방법：2012년10월-2014년10월수치방광어조형량성전렬선증생환자80례，균급여택계륭상효낭구복，2립/차，3차/d，30 d 1개료정，련속치료3개월，대비분석치료전후국제전렬선증상평분(IPSS평분)、잔여뇨량급최대뇨류솔、전렬선대소등정황。결과：치료후국제전렬선증상평분(IPSS 평분)、잔여뇨량、최대뇨류솔개선정황급전렬선대소명현우우치료전，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：택계륭상효낭치료방광어조형전렬선증생적림상료효현저，치득림상차감。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Zeguilongshuang capsule in the treatment of patients with bladder stasis type of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:80 patients with bladder stasis type of benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from October 2012 to October 2014.All patients were given oral Zeguilongshuang capsule,two capsules each time, three times a day,each course of treatment consists of 30 days,continuous treatment for 3 months.The International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS score),residual urine volume and maximum urine flow rate,prostate size and so on before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS score),residual urine volume, maximum urine flow rate improved and prostate size were obviously better than that before treatment,and the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of ZeguiLongshuang Capsules in the treatment of bladder stasis type of benign prostatic hyperplasia is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical reference.
