目的：探讨液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)联合阴道镜在检测宫颈病变中的诊断价值。方法：2013年2月-2014年11月收治宫颈病患者600例，均采用TCT联合阴道镜检查。结果：本组经病理确诊炎症25例，低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)10例，高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)5例，鳞状细胞癌(SCC)1例。TCT诊断炎症30例，ASC-US 10例，LSIL 2例，诊断符合率20.0%；HSIL 2例，诊断符合率40.0%；SCC 1例，诊断符合率100.0%。阴道镜诊断炎症26例，LSIL 9例，诊断符合率90.0%；HSIL 5例，诊断符合率100.0%；SCC 4例，阴道镜的诊断符合率较高。结论：TCT和阴道镜联合使用，可明显提高宫颈病变的检出率，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토액기박층세포학검사(TCT)연합음도경재검측궁경병변중적진단개치。방법：2013년2월-2014년11월수치궁경병환자600례，균채용TCT연합음도경검사。결과：본조경병리학진염증25례，저도린상상피내병변(LSIL)10례，고도린상상피내병변(HSIL)5례，린상세포암(SCC)1례。TCT진단염증30례，ASC-US 10례，LSIL 2례，진단부합솔20.0%；HSIL 2례，진단부합솔40.0%；SCC 1례，진단부합솔100.0%。음도경진단염증26례，LSIL 9례，진단부합솔90.0%；HSIL 5례，진단부합솔100.0%；SCC 4례，음도경적진단부합솔교고。결론：TCT화음도경연합사용，가명현제고궁경병변적검출솔，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the value of TCT combined with colposcopy detection in diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods:600 patients with cervical disease were selected from February 2013 to November 2014,all of them were detected by thinprep cytologic test(TCT) combined with colposcopy.Results:In this group,there were 25 cases diagnosis of inflammation by pathological,10 cases were diagnosed as low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL),5 cases were diagnosed as high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL),and 1 cases were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).Among those 30 cases diagnosis of inflammation by TCT;there were 10 cases diagnosed as ASC-US;2 cases as LSIL,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 20%;there were 2 cases diagnosed as HSIL,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 40%;1 cases was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma,and the diagnosis accordance rate was 100%.A total of 26 cases were diagnosed of inflammation by colposcopy;there were 9 cases of LSIL,and the diagnosis accordance rate was 90%;5 cases of HSIL,and the diagnosis accordance rate was 100%;4 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,so colposcopy diagnosis has the highest coincidence rate.Conclusion:TCT combined with colposcopy can significantly improve the detection rate of cervical lesions,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
