目的：探讨中医正骨手法配合微创手术治疗幼儿胫腓骨骨折严重移位的疗效及安全性，探讨其临床适用性。方法：收治严重移位胫腓骨骨折患儿52例，分为试验组30例和对照组22例，试验组中医正骨手法配合微创手术治疗；对照组常规治疗。记录术中及术后有关指标，比较疗效。结果：试验组出血量少，手术时间、骨折愈合的时间和开始负重的时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。对照组并发症发生率25.62%，试验组12.40%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医正骨手法配合微创手术治疗幼儿胫腓骨骨折严重移位的疗效好、安全性高，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토중의정골수법배합미창수술치료유인경비골골절엄중이위적료효급안전성，탐토기림상괄용성。방법：수치엄중이위경비골골절환인52례，분위시험조30례화대조조22례，시험조중의정골수법배합미창수술치료；대조조상규치료。기록술중급술후유관지표，비교료효。결과：시험조출혈량소，수술시간、골절유합적시간화개시부중적시간균단우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。대조조병발증발생솔25.62%，시험조12.40%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중의정골수법배합미창수술치료유인경비골골절엄중이위적료효호、안전성고，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of Chinese bone setting manipulation with minimally invasive operation in the treatment of children severely displaced fractures of tibia and fibula,and investigate its clinical applicability. Methods:52 patients with severely displaced fractures of tibia and fibula were selected.They were divided into the experimental group with 30 cases and the control group with 22 cases.Patients in the experimental group were treated with chinese bone setting manipulation and minimally invasive operation;while in the control group were given conventional treatment.We recorded the index during and after the surgery,and compared the curative effect between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group, the experimental group had less bleeding,and the operation time,fracture healing time and start loading time were shorter,the differences was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).The complication rate of the control group was 25.62%,while the experimental group was 12.40%,the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese bone setting manipulation with minimally invasive operation in the treatment of children severely displaced fractures of tibia and fibula has good effect and high safety,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
