目的：观察恩替卡韦联合安络化纤丸治疗肝纤维化的临床效果。方法：2013年3月-2014年7月收治肝纤维化患者96例，按照治疗方法随机分为试验组和对照组，每组48例，对照组采用恩替卡韦治疗，试验组采用恩替卡韦联合安络化纤丸治疗，观察患者在治疗前和治疗后血清肝纤维化的指标参数变化和超声学检测结果。结果：治疗前两组患者的血清检测参数相似，治疗试验组恢复情况明显好于对照组(P＜0.05)，试验组的脾厚度等超声学检测也要明显好于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用恩替卡韦联合安络化纤丸治疗肝纤维化具有非常好的治疗效果，药效时间长，患者病情恢复好，可以在临床治疗中推广和应用。
목적：관찰은체잡위연합안락화섬환치료간섬유화적림상효과。방법：2013년3월-2014년7월수치간섬유화환자96례，안조치료방법수궤분위시험조화대조조，매조48례，대조조채용은체잡위치료，시험조채용은체잡위연합안락화섬환치료，관찰환자재치료전화치료후혈청간섬유화적지표삼수변화화초성학검측결과。결과：치료전량조환자적혈청검측삼수상사，치료시험조회복정황명현호우대조조(P＜0.05)，시험조적비후도등초성학검측야요명현호우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：채용은체잡위연합안락화섬환치료간섬유화구유비상호적치료효과，약효시간장，환자병정회복호，가이재림상치료중추엄화응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of entecavir joint anluohuaxian pill in treatment of liver fibrosis.Methods:96 patients with liver fibrosis were selected from March 2013 to July 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 48 cases in each.The control group using entecavir treatment,and the experimental group using a combination of entecavir and Anluohuaxian pill treatment,indexes of serum liver fibrosis parameters changes and ultrasonic detection results were observed in patients before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,serum parameters were similar in the two groups,the treatment of the experimental group recovery was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group the spleen thickness ultrasound is also significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of entecavir joint anluohuaxian pill in treatment of liver fibrosis is outstanding,efficacy for a long time,the recovery of the patient's condition is good.It can be generalized and applied in clinical treatment.
