目的：探讨基层医院采用高频超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法：采用高频探头对急性阑尾炎患者进行诊断。结果：128例患者中经高频超声诊断为急性阑尾炎108例(84%)。结论：高频超声可以诊断绝大多数急性阑尾炎，值得在基层医院超声诊断中推广。

목적：탐토기층의원채용고빈초성재급성란미염진단중적개치。방법：채용고빈탐두대급성란미염환자진행진단。결과：128례환자중경고빈초성진단위급성란미염108례(84%)。결론：고빈초성가이진단절대다수급성란미염，치득재기층의원초성진단중추엄。
Objective:To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in basic hospital. Methods:Diagnosis of acute appendicitis by high-frequency probe.Results:In 128 patients by high frequency ultrasound diagnosis, 108 cases were diagnosed with acute appendicitis(84%).Conclusion:Most acute appendicitis can be diagnosed by high frequency ultrasound.It is worth promoting in ultrasound diagnosis in primary hospital.
