目的：临床分析子宫内膜病变诊断对腹部超声的应用。方法：2013年12月-2014年12月收治子宫内膜病变患者36例，对其实施腹部超声诊断，对比分析其诊断结果和病理结果。结果：在子宫内膜息肉诊断方面，病理诊断17例，腹部超声诊断15例，诊断符合率88.2%；子宫内膜增生病理诊断19例，腹部超声诊断17例，诊断符合率89.5%。结果：腹部超声在子宫内膜病变诊断中具有重要应用价值。

목적：림상분석자궁내막병변진단대복부초성적응용。방법：2013년12월-2014년12월수치자궁내막병변환자36례，대기실시복부초성진단，대비분석기진단결과화병리결과。결과：재자궁내막식육진단방면，병리진단17례，복부초성진단15례，진단부합솔88.2%；자궁내막증생병리진단19례，복부초성진단17례，진단부합솔89.5%。결과：복부초성재자궁내막병변진단중구유중요응용개치。
Objective:Clinical analysis of the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods:36 patients with endometrial lesions were selected from December 2013 to December 2014.We use the abdominal ultrasound to make the diagnosis,and to analyze and compared the diagnostic results and pathological results.Results:In the aspect of endometrial polyp diagnosis,pathological diagnosis of 17 cases,15 cases of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 88.2%;the pathological diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia of 19 cases,17 cases of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,the diagnostic accordance rate was 89.5%.Results:Ultrasound of the thigh has an important application value in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.
