目的：探讨CT对胸部疾病的诊断价值。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治疑似肺癌患者96例，采用多层螺旋CT进行检查，并与病理结果进行比较。结果：本组96例患者中，肺癌75例，良性病变21例，多层螺旋CT诊断准确率92.71%，敏感度98.65%，特异度72.73%。中央型肺癌与周围型肺癌的诊断准确率分别为95.00%和100.00%。结论：多层螺旋CT对于肺癌的早期诊断具有较高的准确率和敏感度，对肺癌的早期诊断与治疗具有指导意义，值得推广应用。

목적：탐토CT대흉부질병적진단개치。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치의사폐암환자96례，채용다층라선CT진행검사，병여병리결과진행비교。결과：본조96례환자중，폐암75례，량성병변21례，다층라선CT진단준학솔92.71%，민감도98.65%，특이도72.73%。중앙형폐암여주위형폐암적진단준학솔분별위95.00%화100.00%。결론：다층라선CT대우폐암적조기진단구유교고적준학솔화민감도，대폐암적조기진단여치료구유지도의의，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of CT in chest disease.Methods:96 patients with suspected lung cancer were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were examined by multi-slice spiral CT,then we compared the CT result with pathological results.Results:Among those 96 patients,there were 75 cases of lung cancer,21 cases of benign lesions,the diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was 92.71%,the sensitivity was 98.65%,the specificity was 72.73%.The accurate rate of diagnosis on central lung cancer and peripheral lung cancer were 95% and 100% respectively.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT has high accuracy and sensitivity in early diagnosis of lung cancer.It can provide guidance for early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
