目的：提高临床上对于真菌性角膜溃疡的认识，做好鉴别诊断。方法：进行角膜刮片做10% KOH湿片直接镜检，再做沙氏琼脂平板培养后，根据菌落的生长特点，培养后湿片镜检，“回形针”法小培养特征，药敏纸片琼脂扩散法结果及抑菌环大小等进行分析。结果：镰刀菌最多46%，曲霉菌22%，青霉菌13%，链互隔菌10%，还有不常见的头孢子菌、无孢菌，不同菌种其药敏试验结果不相同。结论：真菌性角膜溃疡的早期确诊、正确用药对治疗至关重要。
目的：提高臨床上對于真菌性角膜潰瘍的認識，做好鑒彆診斷。方法：進行角膜颳片做10% KOH濕片直接鏡檢，再做沙氏瓊脂平闆培養後，根據菌落的生長特點，培養後濕片鏡檢，“迴形針”法小培養特徵，藥敏紙片瓊脂擴散法結果及抑菌環大小等進行分析。結果：鐮刀菌最多46%，麯黴菌22%，青黴菌13%，鏈互隔菌10%，還有不常見的頭孢子菌、無孢菌，不同菌種其藥敏試驗結果不相同。結論：真菌性角膜潰瘍的早期確診、正確用藥對治療至關重要。
목적：제고림상상대우진균성각막궤양적인식，주호감별진단。방법：진행각막괄편주10% KOH습편직접경검，재주사씨경지평판배양후，근거균락적생장특점，배양후습편경검，“회형침”법소배양특정，약민지편경지확산법결과급억균배대소등진행분석。결과：렴도균최다46%，곡매균22%，청매균13%，련호격균10%，환유불상견적두포자균、무포균，불동균충기약민시험결과불상동。결론：진균성각막궤양적조기학진、정학용약대치료지관중요。
Objective:To improve the clinical understanding of fungal corneal ulcer,do a good job in differential diagnosis. Methods:Do 10% KOH wet film direct microscopic examination with corneal scrapings,and then do the Sabouraud agar plate culture,wet sheet microscopy after incubation according to the growth characteristics of the colonies,“Paper clip”method of small culture characteristics,the results of susceptibility disk diffusion method and bacteriostatic ring size were analyzed.Results:Fusarium occupies 46% of the total,22% Aspergillus,Penicillium 13% ,alternaria fungus chain 10% ,there were uncommon bacteria genus such as cephalosporium,non-sporulating mycelia,the drug sensitive test result of different strains are not the same. Conclusion:Early diagnosis of fungal corneal ulcer and proper medication are essential for the treatment.
