目的：分析研究凝血指标异常在老年缺血性脑血管病当中的临床应用价值。方法：2012年9月-2014年10月收治缺血性脑血管疾病患者72例，根据病情程度分为试验1组(急性期)、试验2组(稳定期)。另外，选取同一时期正常体检的健康老年人作为对照组，对三组老年患者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)以及D-二聚体(DD)等相关参数变化给予测定，同时给予对比分析。结果：试验2组患者的PP、APTT以及TT和对照组相对比均明显缩短，其之间的差异不具有明显的统计学意义(P＞0.05)；和试验1组对比，试验2组患者的 PP、APTT 以及 TT 都有一定的延长，当中 APTT 明显要比对照组低(P＜0.05)；试验1组患者的FIB 以及 DD 都明显要比对照组高(P＜0.05)；试验2组患者的 FIB 以及 DD 明显要比试验1组低，可仍要比对照组高(P＜0.05)。结论：凝血功能异常和老年缺血性脑血管病的发生有密切关系，对老年人各项凝血观察指标变化给予动态监测，可以为老年缺血性脑血管疾病的预防以及治疗提供重要依据。
목적：분석연구응혈지표이상재노년결혈성뇌혈관병당중적림상응용개치。방법：2012년9월-2014년10월수치결혈성뇌혈관질병환자72례，근거병정정도분위시험1조(급성기)、시험2조(은정기)。령외，선취동일시기정상체검적건강노년인작위대조조，대삼조노년환자적응혈매원시간(PT)、활화부분응혈활매시간(APTT)、응혈매시간(TT)、혈장섬유단백원(FIB)이급D-이취체(DD)등상관삼수변화급여측정，동시급여대비분석。결과：시험2조환자적PP、APTT이급TT화대조조상대비균명현축단，기지간적차이불구유명현적통계학의의(P＞0.05)；화시험1조대비，시험2조환자적 PP、APTT 이급 TT 도유일정적연장，당중 APTT 명현요비대조조저(P＜0.05)；시험1조환자적FIB 이급 DD 도명현요비대조조고(P＜0.05)；시험2조환자적 FIB 이급 DD 명현요비시험1조저，가잉요비대조조고(P＜0.05)。결론：응혈공능이상화노년결혈성뇌혈관병적발생유밀절관계，대노년인각항응혈관찰지표변화급여동태감측，가이위노년결혈성뇌혈관질병적예방이급치료제공중요의거。
Objective:To analyze of clinical application value of abnormal coagulation indexes in elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:72 elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected from September 2012 to October 2014.They were divided into the experimental group 1(acute period) and the experimental group 2(stable)according to the experimental condition.While the healthy elderly people with normal physical examination were chosen as the control group during the same period.The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB) and D-dimer(DD)and other relevant parameters of elderly in the three groups were measured and also given a comparative analysis.Results:The experimental group 2 of patients with PP,APTT and TT were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences between them had not statistically significant(P>0.05).The PP,APTT and TT of patients in the experimental group 2 had certain extend compared with the experimental group 1,APTT was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group 1 of patients with FIB and DD were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Patients of the experimental group 2 with FIB and DD were lower than that in the experiment group 1,but still higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between the occurrence of coagulation abnormalities and elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,dynamic monitor of the coagulation observed index in the elderly can provide an important basis for the prevention and treatment of senile ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
