目的：探讨循证护理对乳腺癌改良根治术后发生皮下积液的预防效果。方法：2012年1月-2013年12月收治乳腺癌改良根治术后患者40例，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例，对照组采用一般护理方法进行护理，而治疗组则用循证护理的方法进行护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：治疗组患者有皮下积液4例，皮瓣坏死2例，上肢水肿0例；对照组患者有皮下积液8例，皮瓣坏死3例，上肢水肿4例；两组患者具有明显差异，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：循证护理对乳腺癌改良根治术后发生皮下积液有良好的预防效果，是一种比较科学的护理模式，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토순증호리대유선암개량근치술후발생피하적액적예방효과。방법：2012년1월-2013년12월수치유선암개량근치술후환자40례，장기수궤분위대조조화치료조각20례，대조조채용일반호리방법진행호리，이치료조칙용순증호리적방법진행호리，비교량조호리효과。결과：치료조환자유피하적액4례，피판배사2례，상지수종0례；대조조환자유피하적액8례，피판배사3례，상지수종4례；량조환자구유명현차이，P＜0.05，구유통계학의의。결론：순증호리대유선암개량근치술후발생피하적액유량호적예방효과，시일충비교과학적호리모식，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To investigate the prevention effect of evidence based nursing on the occurrence of seroma after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Methods:40 patients who were taken modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 20 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with general nursing care,while the treatment group were given the method of evidence-based nursing care,then we compared the nursing effect between the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,4 cases had subcutaneous effusion,2 cases of skin flap necrosis,and none of upper limb edema;while in the control group,there were 8 cases of subcutaneous effusion,3 cases of skin flap necrosis,and 4 cases of upper limb edema;the difference was statistically significant between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:Evidence based nursing on the occurrence of seroma after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer has good preventive effect.It is one kind of scientific nursing mode,so worthy of clinical application.
