目的：探讨对腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者采用围手术期护理的临床效果。方法：收治行腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者120例，所有患者均接受围术期护理，观察效果。结果：恶心呕吐52.5%，呼吸道分泌物增加49.2%，胆漏4.2%，针对性处理后均康复。结论：对于老年行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者，行标准、规范的围术期护理有助于促进切口愈合，提升手术效果。

목적：탐토대복강경담낭절제술노년환자채용위수술기호리적림상효과。방법：수치행복강경담낭절제술노년환자120례，소유환자균접수위술기호리，관찰효과。결과：악심구토52.5%，호흡도분비물증가49.2%，담루4.2%，침대성처리후균강복。결론：대우노년행복강경담낭절제술환자，행표준、규범적위술기호리유조우촉진절구유합，제승수술효과。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative nursing care for the elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: 120 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected,and all patients received perioperative nursing care,then we observed the effect.Results:52.5% were nausea and vomiting;49.2% were respiratory secretions increase;4.2% were bile leakage.All patients were rehabilitation after the targeted treatment.Conclusion:For the elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,standard perioperative nursing care is helpful to promote wound healing,and it also can improve the operation effect.
