目的：观察临床护理路径在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的临床应用效果。方法：2011年2月-2014年6月收治肝硬化并上消化道出血患者80例，按护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予临床护理路径全程护理，比较两组治疗后的效果。结果：两组患者治疗后总有效率分别为72.50%和92.50%，观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)；与对照组比较，观察组住院时间短、住院费用少，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组对护理满意度显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：肝硬化并上消化道出血采用临床护理路径可提高护理服务质量、临床疗效及患者满意度，利于患者康复，值得临床推广。

목적：관찰림상호리로경재간경화합병상소화도출혈환자중적림상응용효과。방법：2011년2월-2014년6월수치간경화병상소화도출혈환자80례，안호리방식불동분위대조조화관찰조각40례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조급여림상호리로경전정호리，비교량조치료후적효과。결과：량조환자치료후총유효솔분별위72.50%화92.50%，관찰조료효현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)；여대조조비교，관찰조주원시간단、주원비용소，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조대호리만의도현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：간경화병상소화도출혈채용림상호리로경가제고호리복무질량、림상료효급환자만의도，리우환자강복，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in the application of patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:80 patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were selected from February 2011 to June 2014.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group according to the nursing mode.Patients of the control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group were given clinical nursing pathway of whole nursing.The effect of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rate were 72.50% and 92.50% respectively of patients in the two groups after treatment,and the effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group with shorter hospitalization time,less hospitalization expenses,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group on nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway in the application of patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can improve quality of care,clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction,which will help the rehabilitation of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
