Care for hypertension%Comfortable nursing%Method
目的：探讨高血压护理中舒适护理方法的应用，比较优劣从而更进一步对其进行推广。方法：2014年4-9月收治高血压患者60例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组仅常规治疗高血压，不采用任何额外舒适护理，观察组在对照组治疗基础上对患者加以舒适护理，治疗一段时间对比两组患者的治疗结果，并进行统计学分析。结果：观察组康复有效率95.3%，且只有1.21%的患者在治疗后出现反弹现象，对照组康复有效率79.2%，且有6.43%的患者在治疗后出现反弹现象。结论：舒适护理在对高血压患者的治疗上起到了很大作用，有效提高了患者的恢复程度，应该在临床上得以引用和推广。

목적：탐토고혈압호리중서괄호리방법적응용，비교우렬종이경진일보대기진행추엄。방법：2014년4-9월수치고혈압환자60례，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례，대조조부상규치료고혈압，불채용임하액외서괄호리，관찰조재대조조치료기출상대환자가이서괄호리，치료일단시간대비량조환자적치료결과，병진행통계학분석。결과：관찰조강복유효솔95.3%，차지유1.21%적환자재치료후출현반탄현상，대조조강복유효솔79.2%，차유6.43%적환자재치료후출현반탄현상。결론：서괄호리재대고혈압환자적치료상기도료흔대작용，유효제고료환자적회복정도，응해재림상상득이인용화추엄。
Objective:To investigate the application of comfort nursing care method of hypertensive,we compare the advantages and disadvantages in order to further carry on the promotion.Methods:60 patients with hypertension were selected from April to September of 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only given the normal treatment for hypertension,without any additional comfort nursing care.The observation group was given the comfort nursing care based on the control group.We compared the results of the treatment of the two groups after a period of the treatment,and analyzed statistically.Results:The effective rehabilitation degree of the patients in the observation group was 95.3%,and only 1.21% of patients rebound phenomenon after the treatment.The effective rehabilitation degree of the patients in the control group was 79.2% degrees,and 6.43% of patients rebound phenomenon after the treatment. Conclusion:Comfortable nursing in the treatment of patients with hypertension played a big role.It can improve the degree of recovery of patients effectively.It should be quoted and widely in clinical practice.
