目的：探讨心理护理及人文关怀在妇科宫颈癌患者中的应用效果。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治宫颈癌手术患者84例，随机分为研究组和对照组各42例，对照组术后实施常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上增加心理护理及人文关怀措施，比较两组患者的护理满意度及心理状态改善程度。结果：研究组的心理障碍减轻率、解除率及总有效率均显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组护理总满意率97.62%，显著高于对照组71.43%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对宫颈癌术后患者给予心理护理和人文关怀，有助于消除患者的心理障碍，提升患者的护理满意度，加快术后康复，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토심리호리급인문관부재부과궁경암환자중적응용효과。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치궁경암수술환자84례，수궤분위연구조화대조조각42례，대조조술후실시상규호리，연구조재대조조기출상증가심리호리급인문관부조시，비교량조환자적호리만의도급심리상태개선정도。결과：연구조적심리장애감경솔、해제솔급총유효솔균현저고우대조조，P＜0.05；연구조호리총만의솔97.62%，현저고우대조조71.43%，조간비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대궁경암술후환자급여심리호리화인문관부，유조우소제환자적심리장애，제승환자적호리만의도，가쾌술후강복，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing and humanistic care in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:84 patients with cervical cancer were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 42 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing after operation,while in the observation group were added psychological nursing and humanistic care based on the routine nursing,then we compared the nursing satisfaction and improvement of mental status in patients of the two groups.Results:The rate of mental disorders,the discharge rate and the total effective rate of the research group were reduced higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05;the total satisfaction rate in the research group was 97.62%,significantly higher than that in the control group of 71.43%,the differences was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing and humanistic care on patients with cervical cancer after operation can help them to eliminate the psychological barriers, improve nursing satisfaction of patients,and accelerate the recovery after surgery,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
