目的：探索护理干预在子宫切除术患者中的应用效果。方法：收治行子宫切除术治疗患者100例，随机分为两组，观察组50例给予及时、有效、优质的护理干预措施；对照组50例给予常规护理干预措施。比较两组患者在手术过程中的配合程度、护理满意度、手术成功率及患者心理状态。结果：实施护理干预前两组患者的心理焦虑程度比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；进行护理干预后，观察组的心理焦虑程度优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：护理干预在子宫切除术患者护理中有较好的应用效果，改变了患者消极的应对方式，提高了手术成功率和患者满意度。
목적：탐색호리간예재자궁절제술환자중적응용효과。방법：수치행자궁절제술치료환자100례，수궤분위량조，관찰조50례급여급시、유효、우질적호리간예조시；대조조50례급여상규호리간예조시。비교량조환자재수술과정중적배합정도、호리만의도、수술성공솔급환자심리상태。결과：실시호리간예전량조환자적심리초필정도비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；진행호리간예후，관찰조적심리초필정도우우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：호리간예재자궁절제술환자호리중유교호적응용효과，개변료환자소겁적응대방식，제고료수술성공솔화환자만의도。
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention on patients with uterine.Methods:100 patients treated with hysterectomy were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were given timely and effective quality of intervention measures;while in the control group were given routine nursing intervention measures.Then we compared the degree of patients cooperation and nursing satisfaction degree in the operation process between the two groups,in addation the success rate of operation and the psychological state of patients also been compared.Results:Before the nursing intervention implemented,the difference in psychological anxiety had no statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the psychological anxiety level of patients in the observation group were better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention has very good application effect on patients with hysterectomy.It can change the negative coping style of patients,and improve the success rate of surgery and patient satisfaction.
