With the case of 250km dedicated passenger line plug shop P60-18# turnout project, this paper discussed the counterpoint pre-shop, lateral slip, tamping and other construction process of dedicated passenger line plug shop large turnout as well as the safety control measures, and optimized the existing construction program, thereby reducing construction interference, improving construction efficiency, shortening block time and accumulating valuable experience for future similar construction.
