随着各类突发事件造成的供应链中断的案例不断发生，研究当供应链受到突发事件的影响下，企业如何能快速有效地恢复到正常的运营状态，即建立应对突发事件的供应链应急管理机制和策略，是当前供应链管理研究的热点问题。本文首先将突发事件分成自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生事件和社会安全事件，并提出相应的应急管理策略。再分析供应链突发事件存在的内部和外部风险因素。最后，本文介绍了在供应链环境中企业应急管理的策略，希望能够在面临突发事件时，对中外企业如何应急管理提供一些参考。

There are more and more cases of supply chain disruption caused by all kinds of emergencies. So it is a hot topic to study how enterprise can quickly and efficiently recover to normal operating condition when its supply chain is affected by emergencies, that is to establish emergency management mechanism and strategy. In this paper, emergencies are divided into natural disasters, accidents disasters, public health and social security events and corresponding management strategies are proposed. Then, the internal and external risk factors of supply chain emergencies are analyzed. At last, the emergency management strategies for enterprise are introduced, aiming to provide reference for enterprise in face of emergency.
