Firstly, aerial material consumption and demand characteristics were analyzed. Secondly, based on the analysis of the replace times, and combining with the function fit algorithm, the aerial material demand forecast model was established. Finally numerical example was carried out using actual data, and the calculating results were analyzed. Calculating results show that the method is easy to carry out and convenient to the engineering using.
