In the background of domestic energy conservation,emission reduction,industrial adjustment, revitalization planning, electrolytic aluminum industry accelerated the development and application of electrolyzer energy-saving technology. Based on the research and application of new cathode structure aluminum electrolysis technology in 350kA series, this paper explained how to achieve the 350kA electrolytic trough of low voltage and high current efficiency during the process control, and how to get the energy conservation effect.
