锅炉理论上对风量的需求与实际并不相符,实际风量需求处于不断的变化过程中,其变化的主要标准为负荷。为了能够对锅炉在不同时段与不同状态中对风量的不同需求进行满足,要实现高压变频技术在风机中的应用。本文首先对高压变频器的基本原理与风机的变频节能原理进行了分析,通过对风机的变频改造工作,实现了风机变频调节节能效果的提升。通过高压变频技术实现风机节能改造之后,其节电率得到了明显的提高,节能效果非常的显著,为风机的变频改造提供了参考与借鉴。

The demand of the air volume of boiler in theory is not consistent with the actual. The actual air volume demand is in a constantly changing process, the main criteria of the change are load. In order to meet the different needs of air volume for the boiler in different times and different status, it is important to achieve the application of high voltage frequency conversion technology in the fan. This paper firstly analyzes the basic principle of high voltage frequency converter and the variable frequency energy saving principle of the fan and through the variable frequency inverter of the fan to improve the energy saving effect of the fan frequency conversion adjustment. After the fan energy saving modification by the high voltage variable frequency technology, the power saving rate of it has improved a lot, and the energy conservation effect is very significant. These provide reference and experience for the fan frequency conversion transformation.
