目的：总结呼吸内科危重症哮喘的诊断及治疗经验。方法：2011年1月-2014年9月收治呼吸内科危重症哮喘患者90例，采取氧疗、抗炎治疗、解痉平喘、抗感染治疗及祛痰治疗等方法。结果：治疗前心率(147.3±23.1)次/min，呼吸频率(38.2±8.1)次/min，pH值(7.2±0.6)，PaO2(51.5±14.4)mmHg，PaCO2(69.3±8.2)mmHg；治疗后24 h心率(86.3±12.2)次/min，呼吸频率(16.1±4.2)次/min， pH值(7.4±0.5)， PaO2(92.7±15.3)mmHg， PaCO2(36.2±7.0) mmHg，治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：认真询问病史，做出正确诊断，采取氧疗、抗炎治疗、解痉平喘、抗感染治疗及祛痰治疗是治疗危重症哮喘的重要方法。

목적：총결호흡내과위중증효천적진단급치료경험。방법：2011년1월-2014년9월수치호흡내과위중증효천환자90례，채취양료、항염치료、해경평천、항감염치료급거담치료등방법。결과：치료전심솔(147.3±23.1)차/min，호흡빈솔(38.2±8.1)차/min，pH치(7.2±0.6)，PaO2(51.5±14.4)mmHg，PaCO2(69.3±8.2)mmHg；치료후24 h심솔(86.3±12.2)차/min，호흡빈솔(16.1±4.2)차/min， pH치(7.4±0.5)， PaO2(92.7±15.3)mmHg， PaCO2(36.2±7.0) mmHg，치료전후비교유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：인진순문병사，주출정학진단，채취양료、항염치료、해경평천、항감염치료급거담치료시치료위중증효천적중요방법。
Objective:To summarize the judgment and treatment experience of respiratory medicine severe asthma.Methods:90 cases of respiratory medicine severe asthma patients were selected from January 2011 to September 2014.We used oxygen therapy, anti-inflammatory treatment,spasmolysis and antiasthma,anti infection treatment and expectorant treatment and other methods. Results:Before treatment,the heart rate was (147.3±23.1)times one minute,the respiratory rate was (38.2±8.1)times one minute, pH value was (7.2 ± 0.6),PaO2 was (51.5 ± 14.4)mmHg,PaCO2 was (69.3 ± 8.2)mmHg.After 24 hours of treatment,the heart rate was (86.3±12.2)times one minute,the respiratory rate was (16.1±4.2)times one minute,pH value was (7.4±0.5),PaO2 was (92.7± 15.3)mmHg,PaCO2 was (36.2 ± 7.0)mmHg.There was significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:Careful inquiry medical history,making correct diagnosis,taking oxygen therapy,anti-inflammatory treatment, spasmolysis and antiasthma,anti infection treatment and expectorant treatment are important methods in the treatment of severe asthma.
