目的：探讨老年急性胆囊炎的临床治疗方法及效果。方法：2012年12月-2013年12月收治老年急性胆囊炎患者80例，将其随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予基础治疗，治疗组在采用基础治疗的同时，加用哌替啶和硫酸镁治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组在治疗的前3d临床症状改善例数明显多于对照组，且治疗组临床治疗有效率97.5%，对照组临床治疗有效率87.5%，治疗组临床治疗有效率高于对照组。结论：针对老年急性胆囊炎患者，在基础治疗的同时加用哌替啶和硫酸镁治疗，能够收到较好的治疗效果，患者临床症状改善快，有助于实现患者的快速康复。
목적：탐토노년급성담낭염적림상치료방법급효과。방법：2012년12월-2013년12월수치노년급성담낭염환자80례，장기수궤분성치료조화대조조，매조40례。대조조급여기출치료，치료조재채용기출치료적동시，가용고체정화류산미치료，대비량조환자적림상치료효과。결과：치료조재치료적전3d림상증상개선례수명현다우대조조，차치료조림상치료유효솔97.5%，대조조림상치료유효솔87.5%，치료조림상치료유효솔고우대조조。결론：침대노년급성담낭염환자，재기출치료적동시가용고체정화류산미치료，능구수도교호적치료효과，환자림상증상개선쾌，유조우실현환자적쾌속강복。
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment method and clinical treatment effect of elderly acute cholecystitis.Methods:80 patients with elderly acute cholecystitis were selected from December 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group was given pethidine and magnesium sulfate treatment in the basic treatment at the same time.The clinical treatment effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:In 3 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms improved cases of the treatment group was significantly more than that of the control group.And the clinical treatment effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,the clinical treatment effective rate of the control group was 87.5%,the clinical treatment effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment process of elderly acute cholecystitis,the basic treatment combined with pethidine and magnesium sulfate treatment can receive the good treatment effect,the clinical symptoms of patients improve quickly,which helps to realize the rapid rehabilitation of patients.
