目的：总结宫腹腔镜治疗女性不孕的护理经验，进一步提高护理质量。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治女性不孕患者100例，均行腹腔镜治疗，同时加强术前心理护理，做好术前准备工作，加强术中护理、并发症的护理、饮食护理及出院指导等。结果：所有患者均成功手术，护理满意度调查结果显示，满意93例，较满意4例，一般1例，不满意2例，满意度97.0%，经过12～24个月的随访，受孕或已分娩76例，疗效显著。结论：加强术前心理护理，做好术前准备工作，加强术中的护理、并发症的护理、饮食护理及出院指导可以明显提高宫腹腔镜治疗女性不孕的护理质量和临床疗效，值得推广。

목적：총결궁복강경치료녀성불잉적호리경험，진일보제고호리질량。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치녀성불잉환자100례，균행복강경치료，동시가강술전심리호리，주호술전준비공작，가강술중호리、병발증적호리、음식호리급출원지도등。결과：소유환자균성공수술，호리만의도조사결과현시，만의93례，교만의4례，일반1례，불만의2례，만의도97.0%，경과12～24개월적수방，수잉혹이분면76례，료효현저。결론：가강술전심리호리，주호술전준비공작，가강술중적호리、병발증적호리、음식호리급출원지도가이명현제고궁복강경치료녀성불잉적호리질량화림상료효，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience of laparoscopy for the treatment of female infertility,to further improve the quality of nursing.Methods:100 patients with female infertility were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were given laparoscopic treatment.At the same time,we should strengthen the psychological nursing before operation,preoperative preparation,intraoperative nursing care,complications nursing,diet nursing and discharge guidance and so on.Results:The surgery was successful in all patients.Nursing satisfaction survey showed that,93 cases were satisfactory,4 cases were happy,1 case was general,2 cases were not satisfactory,degree of satisfaction was 97%.After 12 to 24 months of follow-up,76 cases were pregnancy or delivery,and the curative effect was remarkable.Conclusion:Strengthening the psychological nursing before operation, preoperative preparation,intraoperative nursing care,complications nursing,diet nursing and discharge guidance can significantly improve the quality of nursing and clinical curative effect of laparoscopy for the treatment of female infertility,and it is worth promoting.
