目的:检测髋骨骨密度及骨代谢指标对预防髋部骨质疏松性骨折风险的临床评估价值。方法:2012年7月-2014年7月收治髋骨骨折患者60例,愈后6个月制定随访标准,进行患侧、健侧髋部骨密度测量及骨代谢指标骨碱性磷酸酶水平测定。结果:患者骨折愈合后,患者患侧髋部骨密度显著低于基线值,健侧髋部骨密度与基线值差异无统计学意义。骨折愈合后骨代谢指标骨碱性磷酸酶水平显著高于基线值(P<0.05)。结论:骨折达到临床及影像学愈合标准后,骨代谢指标可以提高判断骨密度变化的准确性,从而可以通过预防干预,降低罹患髋部骨折以及二次骨折的风险。

목적:검측관골골밀도급골대사지표대예방관부골질소송성골절풍험적림상평고개치。방법:2012년7월-2014년7월수치관골골절환자60례,유후6개월제정수방표준,진행환측、건측관부골밀도측량급골대사지표골감성린산매수평측정。결과:환자골절유합후,환자환측관부골밀도현저저우기선치,건측관부골밀도여기선치차이무통계학의의。골절유합후골대사지표골감성린산매수평현저고우기선치(P<0.05)。결론:골절체도림상급영상학유합표준후,골대사지표가이제고판단골밀도변화적준학성,종이가이통과예방간예,강저리환관부골절이급이차골절적풍험。
Objective:To detect the clinical evaluation value of hip bone mineral density and bone metabolic marker in preventing the risk of hip osteoporosis fracture.Methods:60 patients with hip fracture were selected from July 2012 to July 2014.The follow-up standard was formulated after healing 6 months.The hip bone mineral densitys of affected side and uninjured side were measured,the bone metabolism index of bone alkaline phosphatase levels were measured.Results:After the patients with fracture healing,the hip bone mineral density of affected side was significantly lower than the baseline value,and the hip bone mineral density of uninjured side was no significant difference with the baseline value.After fracture healing,the bone metabolism index of bone alkaline phosphatase level was significantly higher than the baseline value(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the fracture achieves the clinical and radiographic healing standard,the bone metabolism indexes can improve the accuracy of the judgment of bone density changes,thus it can through prevention and intervention to reduce the risk of hip fracture and two times bone fracture.
