目的：探讨老年便秘患者灌肠时的心理护理措施及疗效。方法：2012年1月-2013年1月收治老年便秘灌肠患者180例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各90例。对照组予以常规护理；观察组在一般护理的基础上予以心理护理干预。观察两组患者的总有效率，通过问卷调查的方式统计两组患者的满意度。结果：观察组的总有效率96.7%，明显高于对照组。观察组满意度98.9%，明显高于对照组。两组有效率差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对老年便秘灌肠患者实施心理护理，是促进老年患者健康的必要环节，值得临床广泛推广与应用。

목적：탐토노년편비환자관장시적심리호리조시급료효。방법：2012년1월-2013년1월수치노년편비관장환자180례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조，각90례。대조조여이상규호리；관찰조재일반호리적기출상여이심리호리간예。관찰량조환자적총유효솔，통과문권조사적방식통계량조환자적만의도。결과：관찰조적총유효솔96.7%，명현고우대조조。관찰조만의도98.9%，명현고우대조조。량조유효솔차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대노년편비관장환자실시심리호리，시촉진노년환자건강적필요배절，치득림상엄범추엄여응용。
Objective:To explore the mental nursing and curative effect of coloclyster in elderly patients with constipation. Methods:180 elderly patients with constipation with coloclyster were selected from January 2012 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing;the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the general nursing.We observed the total efficiency,by the way of questionnaire,we investigated the satisfaction degree of patients in the two groups. Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of control group.In the observation group,degree of satisfaction was 98.9%,which was significantly higher than that of control group.Efficiency differences were significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On elderly patients with constipation and coloclyster,psychological nursing was a necessary step to promote healthy of elderly patients.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
