目的：探讨胰腺癌患者术后早期肠内营养的效果和护理措施。方法：收治胰腺癌手术患者100例，作为观察对象，随机将其分为对照组和试验组，对照组采用肠外营养，试验组接受术后早期肠内营养，对比分析两组患者临床护理效果。结果：试验组免疫功能指标和并发症均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：胰腺癌患者术后早期肠内营养期间接受系统的临床护理，有助于其免疫功能指标的改善，以及治疗效果的巩固。

목적：탐토이선암환자술후조기장내영양적효과화호리조시。방법：수치이선암수술환자100례，작위관찰대상，수궤장기분위대조조화시험조，대조조채용장외영양，시험조접수술후조기장내영양，대비분석량조환자림상호리효과。결과：시험조면역공능지표화병발증균명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：이선암환자술후조기장내영양기간접수계통적림상호리，유조우기면역공능지표적개선，이급치료효과적공고。
Objective:To explore the effect and nursing countermeasure of postoperative early enteral nutrition in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods:100 patients with pancreatic cancer operation were selected as the observation subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given parenteral nutrition,the experimental group was given postoperative early enteral nutrition.The clinical nursing effects of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The immune function indexes and complications of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with pancreatic cancer receive systematic clinical nursing during the period of postoperative early enteral nutrition.It can help to improve the immune function indexes and consolidate the treatment effect.
