目的：探讨超声造影应用于乳腺肿块良、恶性病变鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：应用超声造影观察40例45个乳腺肿块，观察造影剂(注射用六氟化硫微泡)在乳腺肿块患者肿块内灌注特点及增强程度进行分析。结果：恶性肿瘤多呈不均匀性增强，良性病变以均匀性增强为主，本研究乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断率83%。结论：超声造影为乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断提供了更加准确的信息，有助于良恶性鉴别。

목적：탐토초성조영응용우유선종괴량、악성병변감별진단중적개치。방법：응용초성조영관찰40례45개유선종괴，관찰조영제(주사용륙불화류미포)재유선종괴환자종괴내관주특점급증강정도진행분석。결과：악성종류다정불균균성증강，량성병변이균균성증강위주，본연구유선악성종류진단솔83%。결론：초성조영위유선량악성종류감별진단제공료경가준학적신식，유조우량악성감별。
Objective:To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of breast lumps benign and malignant lesions.Methods:45 breast lumps of 40 patients were observed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The perfusion characteristics and enhancement degree of contrast agent(injection with sulfur hexafluoride micro bubble) in lumps of patients with breast lumps were analyzed.Results:The malignant tumor was inhomogeneous enhancement,the benign lesion was enhanced uniformity,the diagnosis rate of breast malignant tumor in this study was 83%.Conclusion:The contrast-enhanced ultrasound provides more accurate information for the differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant tumor.It is helpful in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant.
