目的：探讨奥氮平对精神分裂症患者心电图的影响，并为深入研究提供一定依据。方法：2011年4月-2014年4月收治精神分裂症患者120例，对其服用奥氮平后的心电图变化进行分析。结果：通过服用奥氮平，对患者心电图变化进行观察发现，心电图正常55例(45.8%)，显示异常65例(54.2%)，包括窦性心动过速7例、窦性心动过缓9例、ST-T异常18例、T波异常14例、短P-R间期综合征5例、复极延迟综合征5例、束支阻滞5例、低电压2例。且随着时间和剂量的增加，患者服药第2周与第1周、第4周与第2周、第8周与第4周心电图变化异常的对比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：奥氮平对于精神分裂症患者的心脏具有一定的不良反应，患者在服用时需要定期进行检查，慎重使用奥氮平进行治疗。
목적：탐토오담평대정신분렬증환자심전도적영향，병위심입연구제공일정의거。방법：2011년4월-2014년4월수치정신분렬증환자120례，대기복용오담평후적심전도변화진행분석。결과：통과복용오담평，대환자심전도변화진행관찰발현，심전도정상55례(45.8%)，현시이상65례(54.2%)，포괄두성심동과속7례、두성심동과완9례、ST-T이상18례、T파이상14례、단P-R간기종합정5례、복겁연지종합정5례、속지조체5례、저전압2례。차수착시간화제량적증가，환자복약제2주여제1주、제4주여제2주、제8주여제4주심전도변화이상적대비，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：오담평대우정신분렬증환자적심장구유일정적불량반응，환자재복용시수요정기진행검사，신중사용오담평진행치료。
Objective:To explore the influence of olanzapine on the ECG of patients with schizophrenia,and to provide references for further study.Methods:120 patients with schizophrenia were selected from April 2011 to April 2014.The ECG changes after taking olanzapine were analyzed.Results:By taking olanzapine,the ECG changes of patients were observed,ECG showed normal in 55 cases(45.8%),65 cases(54.2%) showed abnormality,including 7 cases of sinus tachycardia,9 cases of sinus bradycardia,18 cases of ST-T abnormality,14 cases of T wave abnormality,5 cases of short P-R interval syndrome,5 cases of delay repolarization syndrome,5 cases of bundle branch block,2 cases of low voltage.And with the increase of time and dose,the ECG abnormal changes between the second weeks of patients taking medicine and the first week,the fourth weeks and the second weeks,the eighth weeks and the fourth weeks were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Olanzapine has a certain adverse reactions on the heart of schizophrenia patients.The patients need to regularly check when taking,the olanzapine is carefully used for treatment.
