目的:探讨烧伤患者早期创面感染病原菌分布情况与耐药性情况。方法:2009年7月-2014年7月收治烧伤创面感染患者300例,分析患者的感染检测结果;对病原菌耐药性进行分析。结果:检测到革兰阴性菌171株,革兰阳性菌141株,真菌6株。铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药耐药情况:对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、头孢他啶和氨曲南耐药率较低,耐药率分别为10.0%、27.7%、33.7%、35.4%;对氨苄西林、头孢曲松、庆大霉素、头孢哌酮耐药率较高,分别为100%、79.2%、69.3%、65.3%。不动杆菌属对多数抗菌药物耐药率均高,对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、奈替米星耐药率较低,分别为0、46.9%、50.0%。结论:烧伤早期创面感染以铜绿假单胞菌、不动杆菌属、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌为主,通过药敏实验选择合适有效抗菌药物,有助于烧伤早期创面感染的防治。
目的:探討燒傷患者早期創麵感染病原菌分佈情況與耐藥性情況。方法:2009年7月-2014年7月收治燒傷創麵感染患者300例,分析患者的感染檢測結果;對病原菌耐藥性進行分析。結果:檢測到革蘭陰性菌171株,革蘭暘性菌141株,真菌6株。銅綠假單胞菌對抗菌藥耐藥情況:對亞胺培南、阿米卡星、頭孢他啶和氨麯南耐藥率較低,耐藥率分彆為10.0%、27.7%、33.7%、35.4%;對氨芐西林、頭孢麯鬆、慶大黴素、頭孢哌酮耐藥率較高,分彆為100%、79.2%、69.3%、65.3%。不動桿菌屬對多數抗菌藥物耐藥率均高,對亞胺培南、阿米卡星、奈替米星耐藥率較低,分彆為0、46.9%、50.0%。結論:燒傷早期創麵感染以銅綠假單胞菌、不動桿菌屬、金黃色葡萄毬菌、錶皮葡萄毬菌為主,通過藥敏實驗選擇閤適有效抗菌藥物,有助于燒傷早期創麵感染的防治。
목적:탐토소상환자조기창면감염병원균분포정황여내약성정황。방법:2009년7월-2014년7월수치소상창면감염환자300례,분석환자적감염검측결과;대병원균내약성진행분석。결과:검측도혁란음성균171주,혁란양성균141주,진균6주。동록가단포균대항균약내약정황:대아알배남、아미잡성、두포타정화안곡남내약솔교저,내약솔분별위10.0%、27.7%、33.7%、35.4%;대안변서림、두포곡송、경대매소、두포고동내약솔교고,분별위100%、79.2%、69.3%、65.3%。불동간균속대다수항균약물내약솔균고,대아알배남、아미잡성、내체미성내약솔교저,분별위0、46.9%、50.0%。결론:소상조기창면감염이동록가단포균、불동간균속、금황색포도구균、표피포도구균위주,통과약민실험선택합괄유효항균약물,유조우소상조기창면감염적방치。
Objective:To explore the pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance of early wound infection in burn patients. Methods:300 patients with burn wound infection were selected from July 2009 to July 2014.The infection test results of the patients were analyzed.The athogenic bacteria drug resistance was analyzed.Results:There detected 171 strains of gram negative bacteria,141 strains of gram positive bacteria,6 strains of fungi.The antibacterial drug resistance situation of pseudomonas aeruginosa:the drug resistance rates of imipenem,amikacin,ceftazidime and aztreonam were lower,the drug resistance rates were 10%,27.7%,33.7%,35.4%;the drug resistance rates of ampicillin,ceftriaxone,gentamicin,cefoperazone were higher,the drug resistance rates were 100%,79.2%,69.3%,65.3%.The drug resistance rate for majority antibacterial agents of acinetobacter were high,the drug resistance rates of imipenem,amikacin,netilmicin were lower,they were 0,46.9%,50%.Conclusion:Early burn wound infection gives priority to with pseudomonas aeruginosa,acinetobacter,staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus epidermidis. Through drug sensitivity test to select the appropriate effective antimicrobial contribute to the prevention and treatment of early burn wound infection.
