文章对中医思想应用于医学生身心教育进行了初步的阐释。通过中医导引术、健身气功等强身健体；运用中医理论指导生活起居、饮食宜忌、情志调节，维护身心健康；以中医疗法改善身心问题和保健防病。发掘中医相关知识和技能，作为医学生身心教育的内容，促进学生的健康发展。

This paper preliminary interpretation of the traditional Chinese medicine theory applied in physical education. Physical fitness through traditional Chinese medicine guidance technique and Qigong,using the traditional Chinese medicine theory to guid their life,diet and emotional,in order to keep physical and mental health;to improve their physical and mental problems and keep healthy through traditional Chinese medicine theory.To explore the relevant knowledge and skills of traditional Chinese medicine,as a physical and mental education for medical students,in order to promote their healthy and development.
