目的：探讨冠心病心绞痛患者应用预见性护理的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月—2014年8月该院收治的110例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组，各55例，研究组给予预见性护理，对照组给予常规护理，综合比较两组患者治疗总有效率、护理满意度和随访情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率和护理满意度分别为94.5%、98.2%，均高于对照组的81.8%、85.5%(P<0.05)；随访3个月，研究组血压、血糖、胆固醇正常的比例高于对照组，出现心肌梗死、心绞痛恶化等发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于冠心病心绞痛患者效果确切，可明显缓解心绞痛，提高患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토관심병심교통환자응용예견성호리적림상효과。방법선취2012년1월—2014년8월해원수치적110례관심병심교통환자작위연구대상，채용수궤수자표법장소선환자분위연구조화대조조，각55례，연구조급여예견성호리，대조조급여상규호리，종합비교량조환자치료총유효솔、호리만의도화수방정황。결과연구조치료총유효솔화호리만의도분별위94.5%、98.2%，균고우대조조적81.8%、85.5%(P<0.05)；수방3개월，연구조혈압、혈당、담고순정상적비례고우대조조，출현심기경사、심교통악화등발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론예견성호리응용우관심병심교통환자효과학절，가명현완해심교통，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of predictive nursing care for the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 110 cases with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted in our hospital between January 2012 and August 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into research group and control group with 55 cases in each according to the random number table method. The research group were treated with predictive nursing care. The control group were treated with conventional nursing. The total effective rate, care satisfaction rate and follow-up case were compared between the two groups comprehensively. Results The total effective rate and care satisfaction rate of the research group was respectively 94.5%, 98.2%, which was higher than 81.8%, 85.5%of the control group, respectively(P<0.05). The result of the 3-month follow-up showed that the ratio of cases with normal blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol in the research group was higher than that in the control group, respectively, while the incidence of myocardial infarction and worsening angina pectoris was lower than that in the control group, respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing care for the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has exact effect. It can effectively relieve angina pectoris and improve the quality of life of the patients.
