目的：整合分析在治疗MDS和AML中采用联合化疗的方法，根据总有效率探讨其在临床中的应用成效。方法将随机选择的来该院治疗的74例病患者按照1∶1比例分为对照组和治疗组，每组37例，对照组使用单一5-杂氮-2’-脱氧胞苷治疗，治疗组采取联合化疗方案治疗，分析计量资料后对比两组的医治结果。结果对照组的总有效率为29.7%，低于治疗组51.3%的总有效率21%，显示联合化疗法医疗成效显著(P<0.05)。结论联合化疗法在治疗MDS和AML中可以分明改善病人病情，该试验所用方法可以成为该病临床治疗的精良参照。

Objective According to the total efficiencyand to discuss the effect in clinical practice of the method which combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of the groups with high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia (MDS/AML). Methods our hospital’s 74 cases with MDS or AML by selecting randomly,according to the 1 to 1 ratio divided into the control group and treated group,37 cases in each group. The control group using a single 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine treatment,the treatment group taking combining chemotherapy treatment. Comparing the two groups curative efficacy by analyzing the measurement data.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 51.3%,while the control group’s total efficiency is 29.7%, was 21%lower,showed that the combining chemotherapy treatment have the significant medical results (P<0.05).Conclusion Using combining chemotherapy project treat MDS and AML can significantly improve the patient's condition, method used in this experiment can be good reference to the clinical treatment of the disease.
