目的探讨快速康复外科理念对子宫全切术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法将2012年5月—2014年4月在该院接受子宫全切术治疗的90例患者纳入该研究,根据随机原则分组。对照组接受常规手术处理,实验组围术期践行快速康复外科理念。对比两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间的差异性。结果与对照组对比,发现实验组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显较低,下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均明显较短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫全切术患者围手术期践行快速康复外科理念可降低术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的风险,促进康复进程。

목적탐토쾌속강복외과이념대자궁전절술후하지심정맥혈전형성적영향。방법장2012년5월—2014년4월재해원접수자궁전절술치료적90례환자납입해연구,근거수궤원칙분조。대조조접수상규수술처리,실험조위술기천행쾌속강복외과이념。대비량조환자술후하지심정맥혈전발생솔、하상활동시간、항문배기시간、주원시간적차이성。결과여대조조대비,발현실험조환자술후하지심정맥혈전발생솔명현교저,하상활동시간、항문배기시간、주원시간균명현교단,조간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대자궁전절술환자위수술기천행쾌속강복외과이념가강저술후하지심정맥혈전형성적풍험,촉진강복진정。
Objective To explore the effect of fast track surgery on lower-extremity deep vein thrombosis after hysterectomy. Methods 90 cases underwent hysterectomy in our hospital from May 2012 to April 2014 were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received routine operation treatment, while the experimental group adopted rapid rehabilitation surgery during the perioperative period. And the incidence of postoperative lower-extremity deep vein thrombosis, ambulation time, anal exhaust time and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experiment group showed lower incidence of postoperative lower-extremity deep vein thrombosis, earlier ambulation time and anal exhaust time and shorter length of stay, the statistical analysis showed the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with hysterectomy, fast track surgery implemented in the perioperative period can reduce the risk of lower-extremity deep venous thrombosis and speedup the rehabilitation process.
