目的：研究类风湿关节炎急性活动期常见的中医证候分类及量化诊断规律。方法以因子分析法对300例急性类风湿关节炎患者的临床四诊信息进行分析，提取因子并测量症状载荷，明确因子对应的证候。结果因子分析从类风湿关节炎活动期临床四诊信息中提出21个因子，其中4个具有代表性的因子分别是寒湿痹阻、湿热痹阻、寒热错杂、肝肾亏虚4个证候，同时对各个症状在4个证候中的权重进行量化，得出每个证候的主症和次症。结论因子分析所得的类风湿关节炎急性活动期常见的证候分类及量化诊断为临床辨证提供客观依据。
목적：연구류풍습관절염급성활동기상견적중의증후분류급양화진단규률。방법이인자분석법대300례급성류풍습관절염환자적림상사진신식진행분석，제취인자병측량증상재하，명학인자대응적증후。결과인자분석종류풍습관절염활동기림상사진신식중제출21개인자，기중4개구유대표성적인자분별시한습비조、습열비조、한열착잡、간신우허4개증후，동시대각개증상재4개증후중적권중진행양화，득출매개증후적주증화차증。결론인자분석소득적류풍습관절염급성활동기상견적증후분류급양화진단위림상변증제공객관의거。
Objecti ve It is to study the common TCM syndrome classification and quantitative diagnosis laws of acute ac -tive rheumatoid arthritis .Methods The clinical four diagnostic information of 300 cases of patients with acute rheumatoid ar-thritis were analyzed by factor analysis , the factors were extracted and symptom load was measured to find out correspondence between the factors and syndromes .Results Factor analysis results from the proposed 21 factors in rheumatoid arthritis clinical activity in four diagnostic information showed that four representative factors were cold -dampness syndrome , cold and heat blockage , cold heat complicated syndrome , liver and kidney deficiency syndromes , while the right of each symptom in four syndromes was quantized to find out main symptom and secondary symptom of the syndromes .Conclusion The resulting factor analysis of active rheumatoid arthritis acute syndromes common classification and quantitative diagnosis of clinical cases pro -vide an objective basis for differentiation .
