目的：对基层医院的2型糖尿病患者进行资料采集，了解二甲双胍治疗的使用情况，并对现状进行分析。方法：对本市及所属5家基层医院的门诊2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查，收集资料，并对数据进行分析。结果：调查对象237例，其中持续服用二甲双胍39例(16.5%)；既往服用现未服用151例(63.7%)；从未服用过二甲双胍47例(19.8%)。对既往服用现未服用二甲双胍治疗的2型糖尿病患者进行原因分析，对药物认识不足者、因经济因素而停药者、服用过程中出现不良反应而停药者、因其他疾病导致不能服用二甲双胍者、医务人员干预者等的例数分别为59例(39.1%)、44例(29.1%)、23例(15.2%)、11例(7.3%)、9例(6.0%)，其他原因5例(3.3%)。对从没使用二甲双胍治疗的2型糖尿病患者进行原因分析，害怕不良反应24例(51.1%)；相信“中药降糖效果强于西药”16例(34.0%)；其他7例(14.9%)。结论：基层医院2型糖尿病患者二甲双胍的使用情况并不理想，患者依从性的缺乏是影响二甲双胍使用情况的主要因素。

목적：대기층의원적2형당뇨병환자진행자료채집，료해이갑쌍고치료적사용정황，병대현상진행분석。방법：대본시급소속5가기층의원적문진2형당뇨병환자진행문권조사，수집자료，병대수거진행분석。결과：조사대상237례，기중지속복용이갑쌍고39례(16.5%)；기왕복용현미복용151례(63.7%)；종미복용과이갑쌍고47례(19.8%)。대기왕복용현미복용이갑쌍고치료적2형당뇨병환자진행원인분석，대약물인식불족자、인경제인소이정약자、복용과정중출현불량반응이정약자、인기타질병도치불능복용이갑쌍고자、의무인원간예자등적례수분별위59례(39.1%)、44례(29.1%)、23례(15.2%)、11례(7.3%)、9례(6.0%)，기타원인5례(3.3%)。대종몰사용이갑쌍고치료적2형당뇨병환자진행원인분석，해파불량반응24례(51.1%)；상신“중약강당효과강우서약”16례(34.0%)；기타7례(14.9%)。결론：기층의원2형당뇨병환자이갑쌍고적사용정황병불이상，환자의종성적결핍시영향이갑쌍고사용정황적주요인소。
Objective:For data collection of grass-roots hospital patients with type 2 diabetes,to know the use of metformin treatment,and to analyze the current situation.Methods:We conducted questionnaire survey for outpatient patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of our city and its 5 primary hospitals,to collect data,and analyzed the data.Results:The investigation objects were 237 cases,including 39 cases(16.5%) of continuous use of metformin;151 cases(63.7%) of use of metformin at the past and without use now;47 cases(19.8%) of never use metformin.We analyzed the reasons for patients with type 2 diabetes of use of metformin at the past and without use now,the people of lack of understanding of the drug,the people of because of economic factors and stop drug,the people with side effects during the administration process and stop drug,the people because of other diseases cause not taking metformin,the number of patients with medical personnel intervention respectively were in 59 cases(39.1%),44 cases (29.1%),23 cases(15.2%),11 cases(7.3%),9 cases(6%),other reasons were a total of 5 cases(3.3%).We analyzed the reasons for patients with type 2 diabetes of never use metformin,24 cases(51.1% ) feared adverse reactions;16 cases(34%) believed that the "hypoglycemic effect of Chinese medicine was better than western medicine";7 cases(14.9%) were the other reasons.Conclusion:In the basic level hospitals,use of metformin for patients with type 2 diabetes was not ideal,the lack of patient compliance was the main factor of influencing the use of metformin.
