目的：探讨护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法：2013年9月-2014年8月选取护理人员134例，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，各67例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施分层级管理模式，对比两组患者满意度和护理不良事件发生率。结果：观察组护理模式下的患者满意率明显高于对照组，且观察组的护理不良发生率也低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：护士采取分层级管理模式可以大大提高护理质量和管理水平，提高患者满意率，减少护理不良事件，效果显著，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토호사분층급관리모식대제고호리관리질량적작용。방법：2013년9월-2014년8월선취호리인원134례，장기수궤분성관찰조화대조조，각67례。대조조실시상규호리，관찰조재상규호리기출상실시분층급관리모식，대비량조환자만의도화호리불량사건발생솔。결과：관찰조호리모식하적환자만의솔명현고우대조조，차관찰조적호리불량발생솔야저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：호사채취분층급관리모식가이대대제고호리질량화관리수평，제고환자만의솔，감소호리불량사건，효과현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the role of nurse grading management in improving the quality of nursing management. Methods:134 nurses were selected from September 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 67 cases in each,nursing staff in the control group implemented routine care,while in the observation group nursing grading management were taken based on routine mode,then we compared the patients satisfaction and incidence of adverse events in nursing between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the patients satisfaction on nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of nursing adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking the nurse grading management mode can greatly improve the quality of nursing and the management level,improve patient satisfaction rate,and reduce the nursing adverse events, so it has significantly effect,and worthy of clinical application.
