手术室是救治患者的重要场所之一，具有特殊的要求，手术室的护士责任心与患者的生命安全息息相关，加强护理安全管理，避免护理缺陷，是提高手术室护理安全和护理质量的关键。为探讨手术室护理的安全缺陷及防范措施，本文结合20多年的工作经验和国内外有关文献，对手术室存在的护理安全缺陷及隐患进行分析，着重阐述规章制度不健全、护理人员的业务水平、应急能力和新旧知识的更新方面有待于进一步提高、护士责任心不强、手术室护理劳动强度大等方面，并提出来相应的防范措施，降低安全缺陷，以提高护理质量。

Operation room is one of the important places for treatment of patients,and it has special requirements.The responsibility of operation room nurse is closely related to the life safety of patients.Strengthening nursing safety management and avoiding nursing defects are the key to improve the nursing safety and nursing quality of the operation room.To explore the safety defects and preventive measures of operation room nursing,this author combines more than 20 years of work experience and related literature at home and abroad to analyze nursing safety defects and hidden dangers in operation room.It focuses on the imperfect rules and regulations,needing to be further improved of business level,emergency ability and the old and new knowledge update of nursing staff,not high nurse responsibility,the large labor intensity of operation room nursing and other aspects,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures to reduce the safety defects,it can improve the nursing quality.
