目的：研究心理护理干预对手术患者的影响。方法：收治择期手术患者102例，随机分为对照组与观察组、各51例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上增加心理护理。结果：术后两组患者的抑郁度、焦虑度较术前均有所改善(P＜0.05)，且观察组手术前后的抑郁度与焦虑度均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；护理后观察组的满意率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对择期手术患者实施心理护理干预，能够有效消除术前紧张情绪，提高患者护理满意度，值得临床推广。

목적：연구심리호리간예대수술환자적영향。방법：수치택기수술환자102례，수궤분위대조조여관찰조、각51례。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재차기출상증가심리호리。결과：술후량조환자적억욱도、초필도교술전균유소개선(P＜0.05)，차관찰조수술전후적억욱도여초필도균명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)；호리후관찰조적만의솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：대택기수술환자실시심리호리간예，능구유효소제술전긴장정서，제고환자호리만의도，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on patients with operation.Methods:102 patients undergoing elective operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of this.Results:After the operation,compared with before operation,the degree of depression,anxiety degree of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and in the observation group,the degree of depression and anxiety before and after operation was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the observation group patients satisfaction rate was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological nursing intervention on patients undergoing selective operation can effectively eliminate the preoperative tension,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
