目的：了解吞咽康复训练联合口腔护理对脑梗死合并吞咽障碍患者预防肺部感染的疗效。方法：将126例脑梗死合并吞咽障碍患者随机分为试验组和对照组，观察两组肺部感染发生率及平均住院时间。结果：试验组肺部感染发生率低于对照组，平均住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：应用吞咽康复训练联合口腔护理治疗脑梗死合并吞咽困难患者，能有效预防肺部感染，促进疾病恢复。
目的：瞭解吞嚥康複訓練聯閤口腔護理對腦梗死閤併吞嚥障礙患者預防肺部感染的療效。方法：將126例腦梗死閤併吞嚥障礙患者隨機分為試驗組和對照組，觀察兩組肺部感染髮生率及平均住院時間。結果：試驗組肺部感染髮生率低于對照組，平均住院時間短于對照組，差異均有統計學意義(P＜0.05)。結論：應用吞嚥康複訓練聯閤口腔護理治療腦梗死閤併吞嚥睏難患者，能有效預防肺部感染，促進疾病恢複。
목적：료해탄인강복훈련연합구강호리대뇌경사합병탄인장애환자예방폐부감염적료효。방법：장126례뇌경사합병탄인장애환자수궤분위시험조화대조조，관찰량조폐부감염발생솔급평균주원시간。결과：시험조폐부감염발생솔저우대조조，평균주원시간단우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：응용탄인강복훈련연합구강호리치료뇌경사합병탄인곤난환자，능유효예방폐부감염，촉진질병회복。
Objective:To realize the curative effect of swallowing rehabilitation training combined with oral nursing in the prevention of pulmonary infection of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia.Methods:126 cases of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The pulmonary infection incidence rates and average stays of two groups were observed.Results:The pulmonary infection incidence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the average stay was shorter than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying swallowing rehabilitation training combined with oral nursing in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia can effectively prevent pulmonary infection,promote disease recovery.
