目的：评价中药浴足结合中西医护理对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者的近期影响。方法：将120例患者随机分为空白组、浴足组、中药浴足组、中药浴足结合中西医护理组(简称结合组)，每组30例，空白组给予中西医药物治疗，浴足组仅给予中药浴足，中药浴足组给予口服中药合并中药浴足治疗，结合组在中药浴足组前提下给予中西结合护理。6个月后，对患者焦虑抑郁、肺功能、生活质量等各指标进行比较。结果：结合组患者6个月后指标与其他3组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合护理结合中药浴足可有效地缓解 IPF 患者焦虑抑郁情绪，提高肺功能，从而促进患者生活水平的提高。
목적：평개중약욕족결합중서의호리대특발성폐섬유화(IPF)환자적근기영향。방법：장120례환자수궤분위공백조、욕족조、중약욕족조、중약욕족결합중서의호리조(간칭결합조)，매조30례，공백조급여중서의약물치료，욕족조부급여중약욕족，중약욕족조급여구복중약합병중약욕족치료，결합조재중약욕족조전제하급여중서결합호리。6개월후，대환자초필억욱、폐공능、생활질량등각지표진행비교。결과：결합조환자6개월후지표여기타3조차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중서의결합호리결합중약욕족가유효지완해 IPF 환자초필억욱정서，제고폐공능，종이촉진환자생활수평적제고。
Objective:To evaluate the recent impact of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on the patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the blank group,the foot bath group,the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group,the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing group(referred to as the combined group) with 30 cases in each.The blank group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,the foot bath group was only given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath,the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group was given oral Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment,the combined group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing under the precondition of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group.After 6 months,the anxiety,depression,pulmonary function, life quality and other indexes of patients were compared.Results:The indexes after 6 months of patients in the combined group had significant difference with other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of IPF patients,improve the lung function,so as to promote the improvement of life quality level of patients.
