目的：探讨研究使用消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法：2013年5月-2014年6月收治乳腺增生患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例；对照组使用常规药物进行治疗，观察组使用消乳散结胶囊进行治疗，将两组患者治愈率进行对比。结果：观察组治愈47例，显效3例，无效0，治愈率94%；对照组治愈30例，显效11例，无效9例，治愈率60%。两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生具有良好的临床疗效。
목적：탐토연구사용소유산결효낭치료유선증생적림상료효。방법：2013년5월-2014년6월수치유선증생환자100례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각50례；대조조사용상규약물진행치료，관찰조사용소유산결효낭진행치료，장량조환자치유솔진행대비。결과：관찰조치유47례，현효3례，무효0，치유솔94%；대조조치유30례，현효11례，무효9례，치유솔60%。량조차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：소유산결효낭치료유선증생구유량호적림상료효。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Xiao Ru San Jie capsule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:100 patients with breast hyperplasia were selected from May 2013 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group;the control group was treated with routine drugs,the observation group was treated with Xiao Ru San Jie capsule.We compared the cure rate of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,47 cases were cure,3 cases were markedly effective,0 case was invalid,the cure rate was 95%;in the control group,30 cases were cure,11 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were invalid,the cure rate was 60% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Xiao Ru San Jie capsule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands was significant.
