目的：探讨中医治疗妇科月经不调的临床效果。方法：收治月经不调患者280例，随机分成西医治疗组和中医治疗组，各140例。西医治疗组给予西医药物治疗，中医治疗组给予辨证施治。结果：中医治疗组总有效率96.4%，明显优于西医治疗组的80.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：中医治疗妇科月经不调疗效显著。

목적：탐토중의치료부과월경불조적림상효과。방법：수치월경불조환자280례，수궤분성서의치료조화중의치료조，각140례。서의치료조급여서의약물치료，중의치료조급여변증시치。결과：중의치료조총유효솔96.4%，명현우우서의치료조적80.0%(P＜0.05)。결론：중의치료부과월경불조료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecologic irregular menstruation.Methods:280 patients with irregular menstruation were selected.They were randomly divided into the western medicine treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with 140 cases in each.The western medicine treatment group was given western medicine treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was given dialectical therapy.Results:The total effective rate(96.4%) of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was much better than 80.0%of the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecologic irregular menstruation is significant.
