Palace cavity hemostatic gauze packing%Cesarean section%Clinical analysis
目的：探讨剖宫产手术中纱布填塞宫腔止血的临床效果。方法：2012年10月-2014年10月收治剖宫产手术产妇60例，采用纱布填塞宫腔止血。结果：手术时间(57±13)min，术中出血量(962.5±100.0)mL，术后血性恶露时间(4.1±0.7)d。结论：纱布填塞宫腔止血操作简便，取材方便，是剖宫产手术中出血的经济有效的止血方法。

목적：탐토부궁산수술중사포전새궁강지혈적림상효과。방법：2012년10월-2014년10월수치부궁산수술산부60례，채용사포전새궁강지혈。결과：수술시간(57±13)min，술중출혈량(962.5±100.0)mL，술후혈성악로시간(4.1±0.7)d。결론：사포전새궁강지혈조작간편，취재방편，시부궁산수술중출혈적경제유효적지혈방법。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of palace cavity hemostatic gauze packing in cesarean section operation. Methods:60 puerpera with cesarean section operation were selected from October 2012 to October 2014.They were given palace cavity hemostatic gauze packing.Results:The operative time was (57±13)minutes;the intraoperatve bleeding amount was (962.5± 100)mL;the bloody lochia time after operation was (4.1±0.7)days.Conclusion:The palace cavity hemostatic gauze packing has the advantages of simple operation,convenient.It is a economic and effective hemostatic method of hemorrhage in cesarean section operation.
