目的：研究小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗白内障膨胀期继发青光眼的临床治疗效果，并研究其应用价值。方法：2011年12月-2012年9月收治白内障膨胀期继发青光眼患者104例，随机分为对照组和试验组，各52例，对照组接受小梁切除术治疗，试验组实施小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及并发症情况。结果：试验组的治疗效果显著优于对照组，组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，试验组的术后并发症例数显著少于对照组，组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗白内障膨胀期继发青光眼具有良好的治疗效果，并且具有术后并发症少、视力恢复快、安全可靠等优点，值得在临床上广泛推广。

목적：연구소절구비초성유화백내장적제술치료백내장팽창기계발청광안적림상치료효과，병연구기응용개치。방법：2011년12월-2012년9월수치백내장팽창기계발청광안환자104례，수궤분위대조조화시험조，각52례，대조조접수소량절제술치료，시험조실시소절구비초성유화백내장적제술치료。대비량조환자적림상치료효과이급병발증정황。결과：시험조적치료효과현저우우대조조，조간수거차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，시험조적술후병발증례수현저소우대조조，조간수거차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：소절구비초성유화백내장적제술치료백내장팽창기계발청광안구유량호적치료효과，병차구유술후병발증소、시력회복쾌、안전가고등우점，치득재림상상엄범추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of secondary glaucoma due to intumescent cataract,and to study its application value.Methods:104 patients with secondary glaucoma due to intumescent cataract were selected from December 2011 to September 2012.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given trabeculectomy for treatment,and the experimental group was given small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery treatment.We compared the clinical therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the therapeutic effect was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the number of postoperative complications was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of secondary glaucoma due to intumescent cataract had good treatment effect,and postoperative complications were less,the recovery of visual acuity was fast.It was safe and worthy of clinical popularization.
