目的：比较传统手术和微创手术治疗小儿疝气的临床疗效。方法：2011年8月-2014年5月收治疝气患儿188例，分为传统组和微创组。传统组94例患儿采取传统手术的方法进行疝气治疗，手术切口＞2.5 cm。微创组94例患儿则采用微创手术的方法进行疝气治疗，切口长度0.5～2 cm。结果：两组患儿手术情况对比，在手术时间、平均出血量以及住院时间上，微创组明显优于传统组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组患儿在手术后的并发症情况上，传统组并发症总发生率37.23%，微创组并发症总发生率12.77%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：微创手术在小儿疝气的治疗效果上明显优于传统手术，值得在临床上推广。
목적：비교전통수술화미창수술치료소인산기적림상료효。방법：2011년8월-2014년5월수치산기환인188례，분위전통조화미창조。전통조94례환인채취전통수술적방법진행산기치료，수술절구＞2.5 cm。미창조94례환인칙채용미창수술적방법진행산기치료，절구장도0.5～2 cm。결과：량조환인수술정황대비，재수술시간、평균출혈량이급주원시간상，미창조명현우우전통조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；량조환인재수술후적병발증정황상，전통조병발증총발생솔37.23%，미창조병발증총발생솔12.77%，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：미창수술재소인산기적치료효과상명현우우전통수술，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect of traditional operation and minimally invasive operation in the treatment of infantile hernia.Methods:188 children with hernia were selected from August 2011 to May 2014.They were divided into the traditional group and the minimally invasive group.94 children in the traditional group were given traditional operation method for treating hernia,the operative incision was more than 2.5 cm.94 children in the minimally invasive group were given minimally invasive operation method for treating hernia,the incision length was 0.5~2 cm.Results:The operation conditions of two groups were compared,in the operation time,average bleeding volume and hospitalization time,the minimally invasive group was significantly better than that of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the postoperative complications conditions of two groups,the complications total incidence rate of the traditional group was 7.23%,the complications total incidence rate of minimally invasive group was 12.77%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of minimally invasive operation in infantile hernia is much better than that of the traditional operation.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
