目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢妊娠的临床效果，为患者寻找安全有效的治疗手段。方法：2011年4月-2013年4月收治卵巢妊娠患者80例，按照手术方式的不同分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予传统开腹治疗，观察组给予腹腔镜手术治疗，比较两组的临床效果。结果：观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后镇痛药物使用时间、术后抗生素药物使用时间、术后发热情况及住院时间上均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢妊娠效果确切，安全性高，对患者造成的损伤较小，术后恢复时间短，有效减少了住院费用，具有较高的临床借鉴价值。
목적：탐토복강경수술치료란소임신적림상효과，위환자심조안전유효적치료수단。방법：2011년4월-2013년4월수치란소임신환자80례，안조수술방식적불동분위대조조여관찰조，대조조급여전통개복치료，관찰조급여복강경수술치료，비교량조적림상효과。결과：관찰조재수술시간、술중출혈량、술후배기시간、술후진통약물사용시간、술후항생소약물사용시간、술후발열정황급주원시간상균현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：복강경수술치료란소임신효과학절，안전성고，대환자조성적손상교소，술후회복시간단，유효감소료주원비용，구유교고적림상차감개치。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian pregnancy,in order to looking for a safe and effective therapy for the patients.Methods:80 patients with ovarian pregnancy were selected from April 2011 to April 2013.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different operation mode. Patients in the control group was given conventional laparotomy treatment,while the observation group received laparoscopic operation,then we compared the clinical effect between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group were better significantly,in addation,the postoperative exhaust time, postoperative analgesic drug use time and postoperative antibiotic drug use time,postoperative fever and hospitalization time also better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian pregnancy has definite,with high safety,less damage for patients,short recovery time after operation,and it can reduce the cost of hospitalization effectively,so it has high reference value in clinical.
