目的：探讨依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：收治急性脑梗死患者100例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，在常规治疗基础上治疗组给予依达拉奉和丹红注射液，对照组给予血栓通注射液，两组均连续治疗14 d。对比分析两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分改善情况和临床疗效。结果：治疗组神经功能缺损评分改善优于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：依达拉奉与丹红联合应用治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著，能够显著改善急性脑梗死神经功能缺损症状。
목적：탐토의체랍봉연합단홍주사액치료급성뇌경사적림상료효。방법：수치급성뇌경사환자100례，수궤분위치료조화대조조각50례，재상규치료기출상치료조급여의체랍봉화단홍주사액，대조조급여혈전통주사액，량조균련속치료14 d。대비분석량조치료전후신경공능결손평분개선정황화림상료효。결과：치료조신경공능결손평분개선우우대조조(P＜0.05)。량조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：의체랍봉여단홍연합응용치료급성뇌경사림상효과현저，능구현저개선급성뇌경사신경공능결손증상。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each.Based on the conventional therapy,patients in the treatment group were given edaravone and Danhong injection,while in the control group were given Xueshuantong injection.All the patients in two groups were treated for 14 days.The improvement of neural function defect score and clinical effect in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:In the treatment group,the improvement of neurological function deficit scores was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Danhong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significantly therapeutic effect,and it also can significantly improve neurological function in acute cerebral infarction.
