目的：观察老年牙体牙髓病治疗时复方阿替卡因(碧兰麻)及利多卡因的麻醉效果。方法：收治老年牙体牙髓病患者168例，随机分为碧兰麻治疗组和利多卡因治疗组，行局部浸润麻醉或阻滞麻醉。分别使用麻醉剂5 min后，行牙体牙髓病治疗，根据患者感官和医生评价确定评价标准。结果：碧兰麻治疗组麻醉效果明显优于利多卡因组，两组患者均无任何不良反应。结论：复方阿替卡因用于老年人牙髓病治疗时，具有麻醉起效快、毒性低、效果好等优点，是一种安全、可靠，可广泛应用于老年人牙体牙髓病的药物。

목적：관찰노년아체아수병치료시복방아체잡인(벽란마)급리다잡인적마취효과。방법：수치노년아체아수병환자168례，수궤분위벽란마치료조화리다잡인치료조，행국부침윤마취혹조체마취。분별사용마취제5 min후，행아체아수병치료，근거환자감관화의생평개학정평개표준。결과：벽란마치료조마취효과명현우우리다잡인조，량조환자균무임하불량반응。결론：복방아체잡인용우노년인아수병치료시，구유마취기효쾌、독성저、효과호등우점，시일충안전、가고，가엄범응용우노년인아체아수병적약물。
Objective:To explore the effect of anesthesia of compound articaine(primacaine) and lidocaine in the treatment of senile patients with dental pulp disease.Methods:168 elderly patients with dental pulp disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the primacaine treatment group and the lidocaine treatment group.They were given local anesthesia or block anesthesia.At 5 minutes after the use of anesthetics,they were given the treatment of dental pulp disease.According to the patients sensory and doctors evaluatation,we determined the evaluation standard.Results:The anesthesia effect of primacaine treatment group was better than the lidocaine group.There was no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Conclusion:Compound articaine was used for the treatment of dental pulp disease in the elderly,anesthesia had many advantages,such as fast acting,low toxicity, good effect and so on.It was a safe and reliable treatment.It can be widely used for the treatment of dental pulp disease in the elderly.
