目的：探讨单孔腹腔镜保胆取石术的疗效。方法：收治单孔腹腔镜保胆取石术患者45例，作为试验组；同期收治三孔腹腔镜保胆取石术患者45例，作为对照组，回顾分析其临床资料。结果：两组手术均顺利。试验组手术时间多于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：单孔腹腔镜保胆取石术安全可行，微创有美容意义，但手术操作难度增加，手术时间明显延长。

목적：탐토단공복강경보담취석술적료효。방법：수치단공복강경보담취석술환자45례，작위시험조；동기수치삼공복강경보담취석술환자45례，작위대조조，회고분석기림상자료。결과：량조수술균순리。시험조수술시간다우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：단공복강경보담취석술안전가행，미창유미용의의，단수술조작난도증가，수술시간명현연장。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of single hole laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy operation. Methods:45 patients with single hole laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy operation were selected as the experimental group.45 patients with three hole laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy operation were selected at the same time as the control group.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The operations of two groups were successful.The operation time of the experimental group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The single hole laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy operation is safe and feasible,and minimally invasive with beauty significance,but the operation difficulty is increased,the operation time is significantly prolonged.
